The playful last habit is the easiest one for me! Sometimes I am guilty of too much play! When the tutorial included reading and playing games (I do a crossword every day) I knew I could check that one off no problem! I would definitely rather do those kinds of fun things than clean my house... Sometimes I do need to make sure I don't spend too much time reading though! It's easy to get carried away and lose track of time...
